Welcome to Ritual Ads, Inc. (“Ritual Ads,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of www.ritualads.com (the “Site”), our generative AI commercial production platform, voice agents, onboarding tools, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
2. Use of Services
You agree not to misuse the Services, reverse engineer or replicate our platform, or use it to create unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain rights to our platform, training data, RITUAL Framework™, proprietary AI workflows, and pre-trained model outputs.
5. Deliverables
Clients receive a license to use finalized commercials, subject to our refund and revision policies.
6. Payments
Services must be paid in advance. Payment terms and fees are detailed at checkout. Late or failed payments may result in project delays or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. International clients consent to jurisdiction in Los Angeles County.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
