Chief Creative Officer Jethro Rothe-Kushel is an award-winning producer, creative executive, and AI pioneer. He has worked at leading production companies, agencies, and global brands. He was elected as the youngest Vice President of the Producers Guild of America, representing 8,700 producers of film, television, and commercial content.

As a creative executive, Jethro developed projects for Warner Bros., ABC, NBC, Fox, Sony Pictures, and Paramount, working alongside Ron Howard, Shonda Rhimes, Spike Jonze, Danny Boyle, Gus Van Sant, and Warren Beatty across twelve feature films.
He served as a Presidential Research Scholar in AI and video sciences at the computer science laboratory at Dartmouth College in the late 90s, the birthplace of artificial intelligence in 1956. He was instrumental in organizing the first AI Forum for Los Angeles County.
He has championed emerging technology and talent for decades, producing content for the Oscars and partnering with top brands, agencies, and studios.
